Alternate Shipping Address.
We ship to alternate shipping addresses as long as:
· The desired shipping address is put in at checkout
· We receive an email via our contact form, or Fax, authorizing shipping to an address that is not your billing address.
This email/Fax needs to contain the following:
1. Your Name
2. Your billing address (this is the one on file with the credit card company or your verified Paypal address)
3. Your shipping address
4. The last 4 digits of your card # (do not send your entire card # in the email)
5. The CVV # (3 digit code on the back of the card)
6. Expiration Date
7. Your Signature (without signature we cannot accommodate you).
