Since our sales are made online and credit card authorization is electronic, we have no way of knowing the age of the purchaser. Merchandise that has been purchased without the approval of his/her parents by a minor using his own credit card, or his/her parent's credit card (many persons under age 18 have them) are subject to our Return Policy. We feel that if you feel your child is responsible enough for a credit card of their own, or to have one of your cards (even if for 'emergency purposes') that the purchases they make to said card falls under the same return guidelines as everyone else’s. We have no way of checking ID.
